I am accessing the MapPoint staging using my account and I want to see the
transaction details for my account.
I am checking through the MWS CSS site
(https://mappoint-css.live.com/cscV3/), also my account is associated with my
Live Id, View Reports -> Transaction Usage , even if I am doing some
transactions, I am getting the error: No data found for the Transaction
Usage report for the specified period.
Can you please let me know if anything have gone wrong here.

Suvendu,

You're actually trying to access the transaction reports for Virtual Earth.
Above the link you'll find the text "Use these reports to analyze Virtual
Earth Platform transactions within a specified date range. DISCLAIMER:
Rounding can cause slight discrepancies in the total number of transactions."

Check out the "View MapPoint Web Services Reports" section to find what
you're looking for.

Regards,

Derek,

I am checking through "View MapPoint Web Service Reports" -> "Daily Usage"
-> "Transactions by Service", and I have the following Filter selections:
Date Range -> [08/19/2008 -- 08/21/2008], as I used this account on 19th
Aug'08 for the first time.
Data Source -> [R19EPIINternet110376.110376], as 110376 is my account id
Customer-defined field -> [All items], not sure what will be the value, so
selected All items
Environment -> [Mappoint V3 Staging], as I am accessing the staging
environment.
API Service name -> [MapPoint.Find & MapPoint.Route], as I am invoking the
Find & Route service only.

Still I am unable to see any transactions recorded.
Can you please let me know if I am applying any wrong Report Filters.
Actually our client WebService is sending the CustomerLogEntry statistics to
the MapPoint WebService through the Header portion and I want to see if the
header part is going through to MapPoint or not.
Is there any way to see those statistics ?

I have a similar problem with Virtual Earth staging reports. I added the
token service and my app is getting client tokens as it should, but I never
have any staging transaction data. I need that transaction data to be able to
estimate the cost of a license.

The map URL: http://www.formarmor.com/map/

You can see the client token in the HTML source. Does anyone have any ideas?

I have the same problem.

I added tokens to HTML application and logs indicate that tokens are
associated with map control.
I followed tutorial on MSDN website
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb924353.aspx
when implementing tokens support.

My staging account contains zero transactions even after 24 hours.

Microsoft support recommended me to ensure that I use the same level of
service when I obtain token and reference VE control.

For example, I should use staging url when obtaining token and staging url
in my HTML page.
