401 Unauthorized access error in Map Point Web Service access

Hi,

After completion of subscription, i am consumed the MapPoint web service in
our website.

I have my verified your credentials via the CSS site? also. its sucessfully
verified my credentials.

Still when accessing the GetLocationInfo Web Method from the MapPoint
webservice.I am getting the “401 Unauthorized access error”.

Consumed URL:
http://findv3.staging.mappoint.net/Find-30/FindService.asmx
or
http://staging.mappoint.net/standard-30/mappoint.wsdl

Please help me regarding this.

Does access/usernames/passwords to the staging server expire over time?
