Excel VBA geocoding sample

Can someone send sample code used in excel VBA to:

geocode an address (get its coordinates)
get a distance between two locations (start and end coordinates)
display sinlge/multiple locations (by coordinates) on a map

I think you'll need to look into using the Mappoint CD product to see if
