We are getting all kinds of error messages when accessing the production
mappoint service. Do we know if we have problems with Production MapPoint
webservices at this time? what is the way to contact Mappoint if we need
support??

Hi,

If you have a production account you should be able to contact the Microsoft
MWS support alias for further assistance with the production servers. I'd
ask your MS customer representative for more information. I haven't noticed
any issues with production right now.

We are having problems as well on all of our sites that use the web service.
Our locator is working fine...but not rendering maps. Odd.
