I have an application that uses the publi-facing MapPoint services, but my
customer won't allow internet access.

Can I install MapPoint to a server and emulate the public web service?

I think your best bet is to purchase the Mappoint cd product if you want
offline mapping capabilities:

Perhaps someone on the Mappoint CD newsgroups can provide more information
on whether or not the offline data can be queried directly:
