I have an application using the mappoint webservice with production license.
The application is installed on two different server (TEST and LIVE) at
different location and the two servers are configured the same.

The application was working great for both servers without a problem before
yesterday. However, the application on one of the TEST server starts to
receive the follow error message from the webservice when the mthod
'FindAddress' is invoked.
The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.

I'm sure the ID/password have no problem and the code was untouched. The
server configuration has not been changed either and I have checked that the
firewall is not blocking the application.

The strange thing is, the same application running on the LIVE server
remains perfect without the problem above.

Anyone has any idea?

Hi,

I'm not sure what's going on here but since you have a production license
you should be entitled to Microsoft MWS support. I'd contact their alias and
see if they can help.
