Error in map data - route is incorrect

I'm experiencing a problem with map data that's generating an inaccurate
route and driving directions. The maps consistently indicate a route that
sends the driver 1/8 mile down a side street, do a U-Turn, and head back to
get to the main road and continue the route properly. When I map the same
route on Bing.com/maps, this does not happen. I reported this problem using
the Bing Maps CSS help and e-mailed ***@microsoft.com, but no response.
Can anyone thing of a solution or someone appropriate to send this problem
to? Thanks for your time!

Could you post what specifications you are using to generate the route?
