internal error while creating data source on Virtual Earth Platfor

My web service account id is 131571. I am trying to create “data source” for
staging data for point. I am following all necessary setup but after taking
time it is showing below application error. I have tried many times but same
results. I have verified my credentials also it is proper. Please guide me.

Try checking the format of your data upload file to make sure that it meets
the criteria to be uploaded properly. This link should provide you with a

also try performing a search under the help section of the Customer Service
Site for 'data source format' which will provide some good examples.
