Hi,

1) I've noticed that the reports take around 2 business days for the system
to process after client token has been correctly set

2) Can you confirm a string is being returned from your server side to the
client side setclienttoken? Can you please post a sample token?

Regards,

Raja,

I'm not too sure if the customer service site even supports staging reports.
I've only seen them working for production. You'd have to ask a Microsoft
representative for an official answer on this one.
