Customer Data Service WSDL --EntityID??

The field EntityID in the text file has to start in the sequence starting
from 1,2,3 etc. or it can be in a sequence 87393,87394,87395 etc....?
It gives me error when the sequence starts with 87393 etc....

I have uploaded files that have entity ids starting from arbitary numbers,
with no problem. What error are you seeing.
