I can sucessfully upload a large batch (500k addresses) to be geocoded.
After the processing completes I get the status of "Completed: partial
success - ready for download - available until 6/10/2009 5:07:59 PM"

when I download the file it is a corrupt zip file. I have tested this
several times and I always get his result with the 500k record files.

I tested a 100k record file and it was successful, it seems to only happen
with larger files.

Yeah, I've found that batch geocodes hit a max of about 200k records before
errors begin to occur. The only way I've found to work is to keep your
record count around that cap.
