I signed up for an account.
I go to verify credentials and I enter my password and get the message:
Your Bing Maps developer account credentials test was successful. You are
authorized for access to staging.

I can access the MapPoint Web Service Staging WSDL.

However I cannot access the
Bing Maps Token Service Staging WSDL:

I enter my username and password but it will accept it. What am I missing?

How are you trying to access the Token Service staging URL that prevents you
from accessing it? In visual studio (if so, what errors do you get)? In
your browser?
